ClemenTiny is a free game bot for Discord. Adding it to a server, or using its commands, means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

What ClemenTiny is

A collection and economy game: card pulls, dungeons, duels, and trivia. Coins and cards are entries in our database. They have no monetary value, they are not currency, and they are not property. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or moved outside the bot.

Who can use it

You must meet Discord's own minimum age, which is 13 or higher depending on where you live, and you must be following the Discord Terms of Service. These terms sit on top of Discord's, not instead of them.

Adding it to a server

Anyone with permission to add applications can add ClemenTiny. It requests only what it needs in order to post: view channels, read history, send messages and thread messages, embed links, attach files, and use external emoji. It cannot manage roles, delete messages, kick, ban, or change server settings, and it will never ask you to grant those.

Server staff can restrict where it works using Discord's own channel permissions. Removing it stops it working in that server immediately.

The economy is shared, so abusing it affects everyone

Balances and collections follow players between servers, which means one person minting coins unfairly devalues them for every player everywhere. The following are not allowed:

• Automating commands, whether with a self bot, a macro, or any other script.
• Using alt accounts to funnel coins or cards to a main account.
• Creating servers whose purpose is farming rewards.
• Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it. If you find one that produces coins or cards, tell us and we will thank you for it.
• Trading coins or cards for real money, Discord Nitro, game keys, or anything else of value outside the bot.
• Interfering with the service, its database, or other players' data.

We may reverse transactions, reset balances, or block accounts that do these things. For clear or repeated abuse we will do so without warning.

The wager games

/slots, /dice and /coinflip stake in-game coins. They are not gambling. Coins cannot be bought with real money, cannot be won from real money, and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for anything of value. There is no purchase involved at any point, and there never will be: we will not sell coins, and no paid feature will ever grant them.

Every probability is published. Run /rates in Discord for the live figures, or read them on the home page.

Server staff can switch these three commands off with /settings wagers, which requires Manage Server and leaves collecting, dungeons, duels and trivia working. If your server is somewhere with strict rules about games of chance, or simply has a young membership, that switch is there for you.

Rate limits and fair use

Commands have cooldowns, and there is a daily ceiling on how much any one person can earn. Both apply per person across every server, not per server. Working around them counts as abuse under the section above.

No guarantees

ClemenTiny is provided as is and free of charge. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We may change how the game works, adjust rewards, add or remove features, reset balances after an exploit, or discontinue the service entirely. Because coins and cards have no monetary value, no compensation is owed if any of that happens.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Good Times Global Labs, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of ClemenTiny, including lost game progress.

Your data

Covered in the Privacy Policy. In short: we cannot read your messages, we store your game state, your profile spans servers on purpose, and you can ask us to delete all of it.

Ending your use

You can stop using ClemenTiny at any time, and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend or end access for anyone breaking these terms or Discord's.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the support server and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the bot after that means you accept the new terms.
