Privacy Policy
ClemenTiny, operated by Good Times Global Labs, LLC. Last updated 28 July 2026.
ClemenTiny cannot read your messages. Not "does not" as a promise, but cannot as a technical fact: it does not hold Discord's Message Content intent, so Discord never sends it the text of anything you write. The same is true of your server's member list. This page explains what it does store, and why.
What we store
ClemenTiny is a game bot. It keeps the state your game needs and nothing else.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your Discord user ID | To know whose balance and collection is whose. This is a number, not a name. |
| Server IDs where you played | To show per server leaderboards, and to trace where currency entered the economy. |
| Coin balance and transaction history | The economy itself. |
| Cards owned, and your pity counter | Your collection. |
| Command cooldown timestamps | To stop commands being spammed. |
| Trivia questions you have answered | So the same question is never paid out twice. |
| Duel and trade records | To resolve them, and to keep a win and loss record. |
What we cannot see
- Message content. No Message Content intent, so Discord does not send it to us.
- Your server's member list. No Server Members intent.
- Voice. ClemenTiny never joins a voice channel and requests no voice permissions.
- Anything needing elevated permissions. It cannot manage roles, delete messages, kick, ban, or change any server setting, because it does not ask for those permissions and cannot be granted them through its install link.
Your profile spans servers, on purpose
This is the point of ClemenTiny, so we would rather state it plainly than bury it: your balance and collection are linked to you across every server ClemenTiny is in. Coins earned in one server can be spent in another, and a card pulled in one place appears in your collection everywhere.
That means your play across different servers is associated with a single profile,
keyed to your Discord user ID. Anyone who can see you in a server can run
/profile on you and see your global totals: balance, collection size,
duel record, dungeon and trivia counts. It does not reveal which servers you play in,
and it never reveals anything you have said anywhere.
If you would rather not have a cross server profile, do not use the bot's commands, and request deletion below.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not use it to train machine learning models.
- We do not build profiles for anything other than running the game.
- We do not ask for your email, your real name, or any payment details.
How long we keep it
Game state is kept while you are playing, because a collection that vanished would defeat the purpose. Transaction and duel records are kept for as long as the profile exists, so balances can be audited if something looks wrong. Everything is deleted on request.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@goodtimes.gg from an address we can tie to you, or ask in the support server, and include your Discord user ID. We will delete your balance, collection, history, and profile. This is permanent and cannot be undone, and it does not stop you starting again later.
Removing ClemenTiny from a server does not delete anything, because your profile does not belong to that server. Ask us directly.
Where the data lives
In a PostgreSQL database operated by Good Times Global Labs, LLC. Access is limited to the people who run the bot. There is no third party analytics or tracking in the bot.
Children
Discord requires users to be at least 13, or older where local law says so. ClemenTiny is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly keep their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, we will update the date at the top and announce it in the support server before the change takes effect.
